Acceptance of Terms:
Western Building Supplies Ltd’s Online Service has been established for approved account customers of Western Building Supplies Ltd.
When you order from this site you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of trade provided on your credit application. Current Terms & Conditions of Trade are available on our website and under Useful Links on our Trade Portal.
If you do not agree with the full terms of trade referred to you should refrain from placing an order.

Product Availability:
Product may be added to and removed from this site from time to time. Products listed in searches may not be available in stock. Western Building Supplies Ltd will make every effort to advice of product availability but accepts no liability arising from product being out of stock.
The existence of some product in searches is in no way a recommendation to use any particular product.

Delivery Conditions:
Delivery charges will be calculated and added to your order as a separate item before your order is invoiced and dispatched. This charge will be based on Western Building Supplies Ltd’s standard delivery charges relating to the delivery area specified on your order.
There is a minimum 24hr lead time for order placement and delivery, some orders will require greater lead times depending on the product ordered. Western Building Supplies Ltd will make every effort to meet delivery times specified but will contact you directly should there be delays with product being dispatched. Western Building Supplies Ltd accepts no liability for delays in delivery.
Physical address details are required for orders, P.O. Box numbers are not accepted, if goods are to be collected from a branch this must be clearly specified on the order.

Pricing:
Pricing contained on Western Building Supplies Ltd’s online catalog may change from time to time, Western Building Supplies Ltd makes every effort to keep pricing up to date and daily updates are applied to items listed on this site.

Cancellation and Product Return:
Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch. Product Returns are accepted under Western Building Supplies Ltd’s normal terms and conditions of trade. A restocking fee will apply to returned goods.

Limitation of Liability:
Western Building Supplies Ltd is not liable as a result of any damages arising out of the use or the inability to use, the material on this site.

Inactive Accounts:
Western Building Supplies Ltd reserves the right to cancel online access as a result of inactivity or misuse. Access can be re-established by contacting our Accounts Department.

Availability of Trade Portal Services:
This service is intended to be available 7 days a week. However, to facilitate the daily backup of our systems the Trade Portal will not be accessible between 1am & 2am. From time to time the Trade Portal may be unavailable for maintenance purposes therefore Western Building Supplies cannot accept any liability for anything that might result if the Trade Portal is not available at any time.
N.B. Requests for Trade Portal email support will be resolved during normal business trading hours.

Security:
Please ensure you keep your login and password details secure. We accept no liability for the security of your login details. If you require access to the Portal to be deactivated, you must notify us directly.

Changes:
We can change these terms and conditions at any time. You should check our website on a regular basis to see the latest terms and conditions which apply to your use of the Trade Portal.
